4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and must notify Invoqat immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
5. Customer Data and Ownership
Customers retain ownership of all operational, business, and transactional data entered into or generated through the Services.
By using the Services, you grant Invoqat a limited, non-exclusive right to process such data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Services may integrate with third party systems, hardware providers, tagging technologies, or platforms.
Invoqat does not control and is not responsible for third party products or services. Use of third party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
7. Service Availability and Modifications

Invoqat’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Invoqat may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated, fees remain unpaid, or access is required to be restricted by law.
Upon termination, access rights cease, but provisions relating to data ownership, confidentiality, and liability shall survive.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
