These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Invoqat website, mobile applications, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to use the Services. 

 

  1. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 

You must not: 

  • Misuse or interfere with the Services 
  • Attempt unauthorized access 
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content 
  • Use the Services for unlawful tracking or surveillance 

 

  1. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. 

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. 

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials related to the Services are the property of Invoqat or its licensors. 

No rights are granted except as expressly stated. 

 

  1. Data and Content Ownership

Customers retain ownership of their operational and business data entered into the Services. 

By using the Services, you grant Invoqat a limited right to process data solely to provide and improve the Services. 

 

  1. Third Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party systems or hardware providers. Invoqat is not responsible for third-party products or services. 

 

  1. Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice, where possible. 

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. 

 

  1. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. 

We disclaim all warranties except those required by applicable law. 

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoqat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. 

 

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law. 

Upon termination, access rights cease, but legal obligations survive. 

 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

Invoqat provides digital platforms and applications supporting: 

  • Inventory management 

  • Asset management 

  • Field services and work execution 

  • Electronic invoicing and related operational workflows 

The Services are provided on a subscription or contractual basis, subject to applicable agreements.

3. Acceptable Use 

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 

You must not: 

  • Use the Services for unlawful tracking, surveillance, or data collection 

  • Interfere with or disrupt system performance or security 

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts 

  • Upload malicious software or harmful content 

  • Misuse identification, tagging, or tracking technologies

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and must notify Invoqat immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

5. Customer Data and Ownership 

Customers retain ownership of all operational, business, and transactional data entered into or generated through the Services. 

By using the Services, you grant Invoqat a limited, non-exclusive right to process such data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Third Party Services and Hardware 

The Services may integrate with third party systems, hardware providers, tagging technologies, or platforms. 

Invoqat does not control and is not responsible for third party products or services. Use of third party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

7. Service Availability and Modifications 

While Invoqat aims to maintain continuous availability, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. 

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons, with reasonable notice where possible.

All software, content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Services are owned by Invoqat or its licensors. 

No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoqat disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Invoqat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Services. 

Invoqat’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Invoqat may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated, fees remain unpaid, or access is required to be restricted by law. 

Upon termination, access rights cease, but provisions relating to data ownership, confidentiality, and liability shall survive.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
